It does not have to be race focused or even based on running. If you are looking at pushing your body in the amazing outdoors then I would be keen to see how I can help and develop you. Swim, bike, run, walk, climb, windsurf or stand up paddle board or something else, I am here to help. My 1-2-1 approach is to put the focus on the areas that will make a difference and help you ignore the noise and self doubt.
I will develop a programme that I will monitor you against, adapt it as required and then talk through the ups and downs of training, injuries and ensure you are staying on track to achieve your goals.
I will help develop you as an athlete, mentally and physically, be the voice of reason and get you to achieve more than you though possible.
Coaching is a collaborative process between the athlete and coach. Its built on honestly and integrity with clear goals and outcomes.

Face to Face Coaching
As well as online coaching I can support you face to face depending on location and availability. We can explore the mountains or discuss plans over a coffee. We can recce race routes or I can join me for a training session.
We can look at more than just strength & fitness. We can analysis technique on different terrain, practise pacing and check out the hurt locker together.
